vip 722 will not aquire satellite

I have a vip 722 that was working when I left for work. When I came home it had lost satellite signal and would not aquire it back. I checked all connections and also checked my signal with anther reciever. The signal was good and the other reciver connected. Any ideas?

Unplug for a couple of minutes.
