VIP 722: No audio on one tuner

Recently I stopped getting audio on one tuner. The other tuner works fine. So, if I'm watching something on one tuner with audio and press the "SWAP" button on the remote, any channel that's on the second tuner has no audio. Is it most likely an issue with the dish tuner?

I haven't reset the dvr yet to see if that works - I'm recording a block of programming so it will be a while. I connect the dvr to my TV using red and white RCA cables.

I had that happen a few times on a 722K. Power Plug reboot always fixed it.

Red button reboot probably works too.

I don't believe the 722 has a red button, you may be thinking of the Hopper.

Yeah, on the 722 just hold in the power button for 5 seconds. It does the same thing....

You're right about the 722, no red button. That said the 722K does have a red button, as does the Hopper. (222K has it too)
