VIP 612 and Harmony 550

I did a research on this forum for my problem. Found a thread on VIP 612 and Harmony 670. Tried to reply to that thread but could not as it is 44 days old. So I am starting a new thread.

rc1:
I have a Harmony 550 and the VIP 612. I used the instructions that you provided. The channel number shows 1 with "IR/UHF Pro Band A". The Harmony 550 is not able to communicate with the VIP 612.

What should I do? Any suggestions?
