Vip-211k Audio/Video freezing inttermittently

I'm running a Vip-211K with a seagate EHD and a 1000.2 dish. For the past couple of weeks, Every 15 minutes or so, the audio and video will freeze for a moment and then resume playback. Sometimes once, other times, it does it 4 or 5 times over a 5 to 10 second span. Live, delayed, or recorded, they all behave the same. It does not seem to be the signal, as I can skip back and replay the scene and it plays normally. Dish alignment is fine. I pulled the EHD and tested it with Seagates diagnostic software and it passes every time. Cables are fine, temps fine. The only thing I see thats out of the ordinary is that when it happens, I can go to the point dish menu and sat 129 will not appear. 110 and 119 are normal. If I wait and go to point dish when its working normally, 129 appears normally. Could an LNBF problem cause erratic behavior like this?

Does it happen if the ext hd is not connected?

Does 129 have good signal strength when it is there?

Could be a bad lnb or connector

I have the EHD disconnected again to confirm it, but I have seen it with the EHD disconnected. The 129 signal strength is at 57 when its is showing up.
