VIP 211 Only getting preview?

Came home today and both my vip 211 are getting priviews only, says need subscription for anything else. my other receivers are working fine.

Anybody know what is up?

Mine did that the other day ... I've been having issues off and on, I think mine ended up being a bad port on the switch though ...

Unplug them from power for a minute or so, re-power them. If they still don't recognise your sub, call dish "tech support" for a re-hit.

That is usually the first thing I do (unplug). Haven't been home today but figured if they weren't working I'd call them tonite.
