After over 5 years of (mostly) trouble-free operation, my 211 has started exhibiting an intermittent issue. Once or twice a day (most days) while watching on the satellite tuner, the TV will suddenly go black. Waiting for 5 minutes or so will cause the receiver to reset itself, reboot, and re-acquire signal. Alternatively, we can power down the 211 and force a reboot and acquire signal. Does this sound like a known issue, and has a fix, or should I just contact Dish and get them to send a replacement 211? Anyone got any advice?
