VIP 211 Caller ID Problem....

I hope somsone can help. WHen I had my VIP211 installed in auguist, we had the caller ID working perfectly. for the past 2 weeks when my phone rings the caller ID 99% of the time does not show anything on my screen,. Only about 1% of the time do I see anything. Why would this be? what can I do to correct this?

Power down the receiver then uplug for about 2-3 minutes plug it back in. Then go back into the your "Menu" make sure the "Caller ID" is "Enabled".. Then see how things go from there.. If you still have problems you might try another phone jack..
