Hopper Caller ID Requirments, Problems or Issues

Caller id cuts out 1/2 the numbers on the tv,
but when i go into caller ID history, it shows everything.
any ideas?
I use vonage, but i dont see why that would matter.

We are aware of the issues. Testing the phone connection, resets and changing the channel will sometime allow caller ID to come back, but it will stop working again until 1 or all is completed. This will be corrected in a future update.

Zach, just curious...I have 2 Hoppers both on 212 but I only have the disappearing/reappearing caller ID problem on one of them. If it is a software issue shouldn't the same problem exist on both? (Just talking about Hoppers, never checked the Joeys).

No each is a different piece of hardware and they can and will react differently to bugs in the software. That is what makes some bugs very hard to find & fix.

I have the same problem. I am not a Vonage customer though. Digital Phone thru Surewest.

Is this a known bug?
