I hope you guys didn't scare off Creek Dweller, his last post sounded rather frustrated.

The last I heard from Creek Dweller was in a private conversation when he let me know that he received the ViP722k I sent him, and he was planning to schedule the installation.

I guess he may not need mine, then.

I just heard from Creek Dweller again. You guys didn't scare him off, he just didn't have internet at the vacation home until last night, so he couldn't reply here.
It sounds like everything is installed and working properly, and he does not need your receiver, Foxbat. I just thought I should let you know.

Even as a dealer, the less interactions with customer service the better
