Usb not recognizing hard drive?

Second Hopper3, and nothing happens when ehd is plugged in. Larger than 2TB, but shouldn't the system indicate something is plugged in regardless??

Also having problems transferring recordings from original Hopper3 to new Hopper3 via ethernet cable. Seemed to try and duplicate single recording multpile times. Nothing would play properly.

Get ahold of Dirt on here or dish support and have them hit your H3,hard reset your H3 and plugin your EHD. Is your EHD powered it needs to be? EHDs are only supported up to 2tb. I don't know if Ethernet transfer is supported or not yet, try that to after you have your H3 hit....
