Uplink report 4/10/9 --- BET HD

IF YOUR BET HD IS NOT WORKING JUST CALL TECH SUPPORT AND TELL THEM TO DO A HIT THEN IT SHOULD WORK BUT THE MAP DOWN TAKES 15MNS
 
THEY HAVE THE WRONG INFO .... THEIR INFORMATION IS NOT UP TO DATE
UR GUIDE INFORMATION IS CORRECT...
TRUST ME I SPOKE TO ONE AND THEY SAID I AM CORRECT...
THE HIT WILL WORK
 
I called Tech Support and they sent a re-hit and had me reboot via power button and like w1ckedIndian said it worked, 9510 became available and after awhile the guide updated and BET showed up at 124. My second receiver had the same problem but I did not reboot it so I doubt if it is really necessary to reboot after the hit.
 
Had to online chat with "Sue" to get it resolved. Same thing here, they wanted me to tune to 9511 to get it even though it is on 9510. Already had run a check switch so didn't have to redo it for her because that doesn't fix it. She had me tune to 100 and she "sent information to my receiver." That fixed it. I suggest anyone who is having issues do a tech chat, tell them you already ran a check switch, and have them send info to your receiver. Only takes a few minutes.
