It is encrypted and for those HD Lite people it is "Ultra Lite".

BTW: 9650 HDBTV is the 1st HD channel launched on E* that is not 8PSK or Turbo QPSK. It is just plain ole QPSK.

They aren't hurting for space at 121. Heck...they are even reselling some space on 121 for backhauls. I saw a 4:2:2 ESPN News feed up there for the earlier this week.

They've been uplinked for a few weeks but are in engineering mode.

Do you have signal on 110W TP 12? If so what is it compared to the other TP's on 110?

It could be a couple of reasons why they aren't released to subs yet.... technical reasons, legal reasons, etc.
