I am upgrading today to a 622. Install time 8-12. Received call from installer at 8:30 advising me that it would be after 12 noon. That's fine, I appreciated the call. Received a call from Sat Unlimited at 11:30 to see if their installer was on site. I told the lady that installer had contacted me and stated he would arrive sometime after 12. The lady gave me a 1-800 number to call if installer did not arrive by 12:30.
Also, I during the 8:30 call I discussed with the installer the possibility of adding a 2nd dish (61.5) rather than installing the Dish 1000. He stated that he would pick up the extra equipment and do it that way if that is waht I wanted.
So far so good, I will keep everyone posted on my upgrade experience today.
