Yesterday had an upgrade from my 811 to a 211. Inaddition the installer was to repeak my superdish to pick up 129 instead of 105(orginally had locals). Had a dp44 switch with the original voom dish with a winguard ota.
Since he said he needed to move the dish, he would install a new dish 1000. Everthing seemed to go ok until we checked the OTA channels. Most were 25 points lower and a few had no signal whatsoever. The installer said he tried a few different things but nothing helped. They were to send out one of his supervisors. No one showed up or even called. He even tried an amp. that I had previously purchased. I have the ota hooked up only to my 622. Any suggestions?
