Upgrade two 811s

I have two leased 811s. Can I upgrade one 811 to a 211 for $49 and upgrade the other 811 to a 622 for $199 at the same time? Leases on both. A CSR I spoke to says no but I though that I read a thread here (SatelliteGuys.US) where one could upgrade both at one time. The CSR also told me that I wasn't eligible for the $10/10 month mail-in redemption even though the mail-in redemption form I have sitting in front of me appears to contradict them.

You can upgrade both, but not at the same time. I asked the same thing when I upgraded my 942 to 622. They said I could upgrade the 811 as well, but I had to wait until the 942 upgrade was installed and complete. I since decided to keep the 811, but I did verify that I could if I could upgrade if I decided to.

Also, the 10/10 deal is only for subs that have not had HD previously.
