Upgrade to 622

Please forgive a total rookie, but I've searched the various threads and can't find an answer to my question. I've had a 942 since last Oct and have had no problems whatsoever. The installers will be out (in theory) on Tuesday to swap out the 942 for a 622 and my Dish 500 for a 1000. My questions is pretty basic....after the 622 is in place, is it possible to just swap the cables from the back of the 942 to the 622? I've got my system on a wall unit and I'm not into hernias. If we could just remove the cables from the 942 and attach them to the 622, life would be easy. Thanks.

Since you already have a 942 it is just a simple swap out. I did my own when I upgraded to the 622.

Thanks. That'll save me time and energy not having to move the wall unit to get to the back.
