Upgrade the VIP211?

I am looking at getting the HD DVR, but with all the issues posted out here, is it worth trying to upgrade to the 722 and get rid of one of my other receivers, or should I just stick with the 612? Thanks for any input!

722 is the best available right now. 622 almost as good.

You could wait until the ViP211 gets external storage. Yeah, I don't think that's a good idea either.

I moved from a 721 to my second ViP722. I considered a ViP612. Decided against it. I don't need the second TV ability, but the added storage alone was worth the difference to me.
