upgrade after month

Well looks as the wife and kids back home arnt happy with there choice in programing?....If you upgrade to a higher package do you still get the discount rate for the first year?...Been a subscriber about a month now.

Can the upgrade be done without calling? or being charged?

You can upgrade your package online at dishnetwork.com and just create an online id that will be linked to your account

The discount for the first 12 months is dependent on the core programming package on the account. If you were downgrading the programming, you may lose some sort of discount, but going up shouldn't be a problem.
