Upgrade 622 to sling loaded 922 - impact on legacy packages?

Please be gentle because I am a lifelong lurker and a little shy. I have a six year old leased 622 with a dead HDMI port (no surprise) and am looking to upgrade to a sling loaded 922. I believe that I'll incur a DVR service fee increase to $10 and an extension on my contract but I'm unsure what will happen to my current programming - America's Top 200, Blockbuster at Home & HD 200. Is it possible to find out what the upgrade cost is without sitting on the phone?

Also consider just having the 622 replaced. You will probably get a 722 and it will cost $15 (?) with no extension of your commitment. Add a Sling Adapter and you have something like the 922, but without the fancy tiled interface.
