Universal remote controls and the HWS?

I have a Logitech Harmony "for the XBox" remote. It was used for my VIP-622 and worked great. Now that I have a Hopper With Sling I have all the buttons set up and they work great EXCEPT for the lack of a DVR button. It isn't even an option when I set up individual buttons. Is there a work around on this? I tried the learning function but my remote didn't receive a signal from the Dish Remote.

I even tried going back to my earlier setup with the 622 and the DVR button is gone as an option. DVR seems to be the only button that I can't add, the color buttons work along with all the other ones I added.

Any help would be appreciated as this first world problem is very annoying.

I ultimately bought the RCA universal remote and it works great with the HWS, except it won't "learn" the color coded function buttons from the Dish remote, which stinks.

You don't need to learn them. They can easily be added using codes which I have posted on this forum and others several times.
