U647 Hopper Duo - Audio problem

On march 19th 2020, I got an update of my Hopper Duo software to U647.

Since then, the audio level has gone down quite a lot. I went into the audio settings and there's only Dolby and Audio Leveling; tried all combinations and nothing changes.

Is that a bug on the software or I'm missing something here?

Seems to be software. A lot of people are reporting it on all the Hooper family since the last update
