Ok, here's the situation...

I "moved" to NY months ago giving DirecTV a relative's address in New York. The same relative is now signing up for DirecTV service at that address. Best course of action? Will DirecTV care/notice that there's a duplicate service address on two accounts? Should I just change my service address to a gas station nearby?

Thanks.

Add a letter to your 'address' so it looks like its an apartment.

The new subscriber will get a call from the security department wanting to find out why they are getting a second account at the same address and if something is wrong, probably a fair amount of questions. At least that is what happened the one time I ever read about that situation, kinda a rare situation.
