Unless something has changed recently you don’t login to MAX with your DIRECTV account. You login with your MAX account and then set DIRECTV as your TV provider.I have not experienced any issues in that regard. But on a separate note, signing into the Max app via my DIRECTV account and equipment has been a no go for awhile now. This issue began shortly after the conclusion of The Penguin limited series first time broadcasts. This issue has still yet to be resolved, at the current time. Hopefully, the Engineering Depts. at DIRECTV and Max can find a way to get this issue taken care of asap.

Sorry for the late reply, As of a few weeks ago, my account is now at Directv.com. The account was removed from ATT.com in the past few weeks. Perhaps other account migrations contributed to the problem.Are your DIRECTV accounts at att.com or directv.com?
Mine is at directv.com and after giving it the username and password I get this:

Also tried deleting DIRECTV cookies and that didn't help.
