TVs with Dish Joeys go black and lose audio

We have had the Dish Hopper with sling and 3 Joeys for a couple of years now. Recently while watching a TV connected to a Joey, the TV periodically goes black and loses video and audio. It stays like this for between 5 and 20 seconds and then the "live TV" box icon appears in the upper right corner of the screen and the picture and sound come back. This happens with both live TV as well as recorded shows. I can rewind and view the portion of the show that I missed, so it seems like the Hopper is not losing connection. When watching 2 of the Joey TVs, they "black out" at the same time. A technician came out and replaced the Hopper, the Node, and the splitter but it is still happening. We recently got Verizon Fios for Internet and phone, but I can't imagine that that has anything to do with it. Any ideas? Thanks!
 
Saw a post on this. Try disconnecting the internet completely from your setup and see if the problem persists.
