is there a update on this whats going on with tunein and iheart the reason i am saying is this morning at 11am siriusxm bluegrass junction was prepemted for a hanukah channel for 8 days alot of people on the siriiusxm bluegrass junction are saying that they are cancelling over what is going on today.i cannot stand listeing to the channel all the time because they play the same tunes would you like to have variety in your life they need to add more indepedent artists on there.there is a show on that channel called the del mccoury show and the co hosts of that bring in new artists all the time.it seems to me Kyle Cantrell the program director of the station needs to add more and artists music to the playlist.any help would be appreciated.

Anyone threatening to cancel service over an eight day temporary format change is either full of crap, or was already planning to cancel and move on.
You do realize, Allen, that the day will come when you want your receiver to pick up signals from Dish, Directv, FiOS, and your local cable provider.

I believe you that they said it...the ones I don't believe are the ones making the threats. Cancelling (or even threatening to cancel) over an 8 day temporary format change is absolutely ridiculous.

good lord last week when Tegna (Gannett) stations were threatening to pull off Directv there was someone who actually posted on the local NBC (KARE 11) facebook irate that they ran a scroll during the Grinch who stole Christmas

maybe you are right about is going on with bluegrass junction IMO i cannot stand a station that play the same songs everyday i need new songs by different bluegrass bands. you just like to have a variety of bands to listen to.i would like to listen WAMU bluegrass country on my bluetooth headphones on tunein on dish
Allen, remember a couple months ago, when Scott told you to quit asking? IIRC, at that time, he also said the apps have been shelved indefinitely. They are likely not making their way to Dish in the foreseeable future.
