Trouble with photo uploading?

Is it on my end or is there an issue with photo uploads?

At first, cutting and pasting photos into a post was broken as of yesterday.
I had to use IRFANVIEW to downsize my photos, then upload.
I think Scott is working on some issues.

I've downsized everything to under 200 KB.

Tried the normal routine of "Upload a file" and it gets up to 97-99% then shows "The following error has occurred - there was a problem uploading your file."
