Well, I got bored today and decided to dust off a couple of old Wireless Phone Jacks I bought back in 2000 when I first got DTV. They've been stored away after a move and decided to hook them up. I connected the wireless jacks but it doesn't seem to work. I have an HR20 I ran the system test and when it comes to phone sometimes it says ! FAILED and other times it says OK. I got my phone and hooked it up to the wireless jack where I had my box hooked up and I get a dial tone with no problem so it's safe to say the wireless jacks are working fine but for some reason it's not working right with the HR20. Just wondering if anyone had any ideas. I've tried restarting the box a coupole of times and still nothing.
