trimax spectrum help

hi all dont know if any one can help me just \bought a trimax tmsm 3500 and ive set the lnb type to the zip file jpg named lnb setting,but when it shows the spectrum the frequencies start from 11550 upto 12750 as per zip marked spectrum eventhough the scan is in full view mode,does anyone know how to get further down the frequencies please,thanks from a sunny yes sunny uk<img src="http://www.satelliteguys.us/attachment.php?attachmentid=75062&amp;stc=1" attachmentid="75062" alt="" id="vbattach_75062" class="previewthumb"><img src="http://www.satelliteguys.us/attachment.php?attachmentid=75063&amp;stc=1" attachmentid="75063" alt="" id="vbattach_75063" class="previewthumb">

While on the SA screen, press F-2 for the lnb setup, these can be different from your dish setup. Change as needed, save and exit. Use the left/right arrows to slide the part of the spectrum you want to see.

thanks pixl but i have set my lnb settings to 9750 and 10600 but the spectrum start is 11550 and ending 12750 i cant get below 11550 thanks

is it something to do with the 22khz switch

Ok, got it figured out. One of the strange quirks of the FW in this instrument.
While on the SA screen press F2 for the lnb setup.
Toggle down to 22k, should be "off" but your 22k light is on.
Switch to on, then off again. 22K light should go out.
Go back out to the SA screen. Lower freq. should be at 10700.

hi pixl looks like the 22khz signal brings in the top and bottom end of the spectrum like you say on two seperate screens, by the way are you running firmware 2.0.4 or is there something later,,,,and thanks for the 30w spectrum you posted for me cheers

My FW is 2.0.2 I've had the meter since 2010.

Looks like I need to catch up to you. Did you just buy this recently?

hi pixl yes bought it at the weekend but it came with 2.0.2 on it trimax have 2.0.4 on there site so tried that,dont know what the difference is,i know when it was upgrading the fw it said something like the 2.0.4 fw was not as high version as what was on the meter strangely but i just hit continue,does have some strange querks this meter
