Transponders Still Active?

I have been trying to Lock the following C-band transponders listed below without success. Anyone currently getting them?

1. 3723 V 2500 SR ( Cubanan De TV) on 87.0°W
2. 3816 H 26667 SR (Roberts Communications Test Card) on 55.5°W

#1 Yes- bouncing 66 to 70 Q here.
#2 nothing ITC at this time. I am pretty sure the slates were up a couple of days ago. Only thing that scans in now is all [$] 71 Q

I was getting those sometime ago, but Nothing on those lately. Could it be that their beam was reduced in the North east, USA? Anyone in the northeast getting these?

I've got 55w 3816 H 26667 @ 85% signal and 71% quality.

Got 87w 3723 V 2500 @ 88% signal and 72/76% quality.

This is with my SAMI system using an Openbos S9. S and Q readings would probably be up a little more with the AZBox.

I'm located in the central part of Virginia.

Thanks guys! Something must be wrong with my setup then. But i get other transponders in those satellites, though.

I picked up 10 TPs on 87w and 49 on 55w when I scanned them over the weekend.
