Tracking South satellite

Hello,I have bought and assembled a Glorystar system with a Geo'Sat HH120 Motor.I live in Grafton WV and it says that my south Satellite is AMC 5 79.0 West,It also says that true South for me is Compass reading 186.60.What do I need to do to properly track the Satellite Arc ? And Also after Zeroing my Motor Where to point my Dish? Thank You
