What sat should i setup on a polar mount for 32.31n &106.76w ,i see that 106w is all encrypted ,would 105w work for true south ?

107.3 would be a good starting point. Just use signal strength/signal finder and worry about encryption later.
4111H 15000 5/6 is pretty strong.

3769H 3500 3/4
4095V 3100 2/3

Then East

105W
4117V 2500 5/6
4179H 30000 5/6 strong

99.2W
4040H 26400 3/4 strong
4140V 31458 3/4

That should get you started for tracking the arc.

105W would do. It's close enough to your latitude to be used for "true" south. As I recall, true south is fine tuned by moving the dish to the edge of the visible arc and move the dish dish east or west to peak up on the signal. I think tvrosat.com has alignment instructions.

You can always rotate the dish a bit from your zero-position, to your reference sat, when the reference sat is not at true south.
Not too difficult, is it?
