just got my upgraded dish installed to prevent the rain fade. I also had one box swapped out..it is downloading now. Will the voom picture come back automatically when the download is finished? All i have now is a green screen! Is this normal? I was also supposed to get my ota atenna remounted and a rotor installed but that issue got lost in the paperwork. They are coming back next Thurs. to finish the job. The installers were knowledgable and respectful, I hope it's them that comes back Thurs. I sure hope this green screen disappears.
