After all, this is why we really come here anyway!

Speaking of quality, I thought Lost and Invasion seemed better last night? Surface though on NBC showed some pixelation (I get the HD LA feeds). Was it just my imagination??

Here we go (yet) again - First complain for months on end that DirecTV doesn't have a particular channel, then anticipate how poorly it will be delivered, and make sure and do all the whining even before they turn it on.

Some people clearly have nothing to do in life but complain every day of the year, all day long, and every chance they get.

Just wondering when should we see this channel showing up in the menu to add this to your guide? Or will we need to do a reset to get it to show up? I just remeber when the XM channels were added it showed up in the guide a few weeks a head so that the guide was up and going with the programing when it did air.

I'm all for that....not gonna whine "just yet" but I'm believer that if a station "national that is" is broadcast in HD then ByGod we should be offered it!

In speaking with a CSR yesterday, I was told, "Jeeze. I don't think so. Let me check." Of course, after a minute or so, she read a press release confirming the 02-17-06 launch date on channel 75.

So...we are down to less then a week, untill we get our TNT in HD...Now how long untill we ask for the next channel.. Anyone got any ideas?

Here we go again. Another D* apologist who has nothing better to do than criticize consumers every day of the year, all day long, and every chance they get for wanting what is advertised. High Definition. not 1280 x 1080i.

I'm guessing by Friday afternoon... ;)

I cant wait For TNT-HD but where are they getting the bandwidth from? Take more from Espn and Espn2? It already doesnt look like it did a year ago. But on the bright side we do have something better then the pixelated like crazy 245.

Have no clue where they are getting the bandwidth from, I thought they were already using the HD PPV bandwidth for CD-USA. I would guess that Sunday Ticket will move completely to Mpeg 4 next season so there must be a little bandwidth from that. Looking forward to Friday and TNT-HD but getting a little curious as to what will use up the Ch 77 slot at some point.

Two more days and we have another HD channel, I can hardly still myself. Hey, speaking of a new channel on 77, what happens after 77 is filled. Where do they go from there? Will there be a new mapping of channels soon? Oh, the speculation is riveting!

NG HD would be cool to fill the 77 channel. Could they use the channels in the 90s for additional channels?
