TivoToGo; iPod Video transfers from DVR

Chances are slim to none, you can't even download songs downloaded from Itunes to your pocketdish.

But by the same tolken why do you want to pay for video when you can put video on your pocketdish for free.

Yeah I just threw this out there for discussion. :D No way Dish will support it. But I thought it would be great to (for FREE) download video content from my 942 to my new iPod.

Lucky,

You might have been better off with the PocketDish especially if you have Dish.

PocketDish has an analog record feature (not on Ipod), Better resolution and Bigger Screen than Ipod, Bigger Hard Drive, as well as Analog outputs to show full resolution NTSC 720x480 video on a regular TV. Ipod is proprietary and only plays back in lower resolution, you also have to pay for content.

True enough but I got the iPod for FREE as well (well, for about $40 and some elbow grease via one of the "free" ipod sites). I have been debating selling the iPod Photo and using whatever I get as a down payment on a PocketDish.

I just know that there will be a ton more new iPods out there than PocketDish systems..and it would be cool if you could extract video onto the iPod from Dish systems.

New 942 - Program guide for OTAs only 1-2 hrs out

Does Dish 100 support South Asian Chanels?
