I acquire my service from Dish, not their vendor. If their vendor isn't providing satisfactory service it is Dish's problem.

You'd really rather deal with the carrier all things considered, but it isn't a large enough issue to warranty any attention, so good luck with that thought process.

history Channel has the same problem with the no episode number and the date as N/A so when I have it set to new items, it records them. All I do is delete them after they record, no big deal to me. Would be a nice option to turn off N/A's or have the programming right. But it is not Dish's fault. It is there providers fault. Bill

sometimes i'll get a conan obrien show that says the original airdate is 1993 and it's a rerun from last week that runs at like 3 in the morning.

World Series of Poker on ESPN

Yeah... they're totally f%ing up my World Series of Poker 2008 recordings too... half of them are baseball games or races.

I had that problem when recording the replay on ESPN2 - started recording on ESPN and no problems in the last four weeks.
