Timer issue

I use timers to record and auto tune. When guide correctly identifies a NEW program, timer setting for new works. When new programs are not identified correctly (dated with old date such as 1/1/64 for example), a new program does not record or auto tune. Editing timer with choice being daily, Monday-Friday, even new or reruns does not record or auto tune. Seems like a hopper program error to me. Please check out!

I have been having similar problems with shows set to record during the 11:30 pm hour. The Stephen Colbert Show will not record most nights from satellite, even though episodes are labeled as “New.” It will show as “skipped” with the reason being “Incorrect Event.”

Receiver model 211k with external hard drive.
