I tried to upgrade my service and it takes at least 5 calls to get anything done. after all is said and done they couldn't give me a deal. its about customer service in the end. you go where you are treated well. I was in business for 40 years and my customer service was the one thing we worked on every single day and your staff has to know the product. profits come from treating people well and fair.
