Time for an new EHD for the H3

Think my EHD is dying...periodic disconnects/reconnects and occasional beeping.

Know that I need a powered drive, but seems like it's harder to find a 2TB size, as they're all 3-5TB that are at that nice price-point.

Who's using an EHD bigger than 2TB on the Hopper 3? Any issues with it? Does it just recognize 2TB of space, or will it "see" the whole drive? Best Buy has a WD USB 3.0 3TB for $90 that I thought I'd give a try.

I have a Thermaltake BlacX Duo that works with drives under 2 TB, but my AMS enclosures with 3TB, 4TB, and 6TB drives are not recognized. It is just silly that a device like the Hopper 3 doesn't have full addressing. It is stuck in 2004. Hardware RAID doesn't seem to work as well, so the AMS enclosures have to be set to JBOD. At any rate, I don't keep many programs, and the internal 2TB drive is plenty for me.
