I have tiling on all of my digital channels and horizontal flashing lines on my analog channels. I have a new Motorola 922 receiver. I also have a Ku-Band that works perfectly all of the time. My dish is 7.5 ft( I was told this by a person that installed my Ku-Band LNB and replaced my C Band with a new? Norsat C Band LNB. I have no personal knowledge that this is the size of my dish).

On the digital channels go into option 6, 4, 4 arrow down once to the numbers then using the left and right arrows, bump the dish. While you are doing this keep an eyeball on the quality level, when it his the highest number, hit the go back button and save the information.
On analog repeat above, but keep an eye on the signal level.
Also make sure you have the polarity/skew set correctly. You can do this manually or automatic. The screen will give you your choice.
