AMIKO Think My Amiko Is Going

I have an Amiko Mini HD SE, bought new in 2015, never had problems with it 'til lately such as:

1. Gives me "Unsupported Signal" when turned on, never did that before. Same TV was used for past few years, no changes made on TV.
2. Deleted all my 97W Ku channels for some unknown reason.
3. TV picture has the "jitters" now, never happened before.
4. Has trouble tracking the satellites that I programmed in years ago, no changes were made to the dish or motor.
5. Some stations on 97W now have HD icon for stations like RTS Sat, RTS TV, Al Kass, and EBRU network. But when I select the station and go back to the station list, the HD icon is gone.

All very strange.....

Any ideas please? I remember something about never hitting "reset" or something like that. Maybe it is time for a firmware update?

I would start by backing up your satellite/channel list and then perform a factory reset. Scan a few satellites and if the problems go away, restore your satellite/channel list and observe if problems return.

Not on this one. Do like Brian said and do a backup and then factory reset it.
What version of firmware is it running?

Thanks fellas' for the help. I will do that. Version I have is whatever it came with originally. I did try switching STBs and all was fine so I think as you said, definitely time for a reset.

Follow-up report: restored the Amiko to default settings, and it is working fine now, thanks Mike and Brian!
