The Tube on the KWBS channel?

As it often happens, the 11719 tp on G10R was unwatchable and I tuned to KWBS on 11799. And there was The Tube!
It was around noon MST on Jan 22. I rescanned, the channel shows as KWBS, but continues to show The Tube. Have they moved it from 11719 to 11799?

The Tube

I've noticed the past couple of weeks, The Tube is showing up on one or more of the "Lick TV" channels at various times. Most likely, it's fill for when they don't have any infomercials sold. January is the slow time of the year for selling advertising.

I too noticed that The Tube is on all of the Lick channels during early morning to mid afternoon, EST.

How big is your dish? I have a 1 meter Winegard with SG2100 motor in Alberta, and the 11719 to seems to go off whnever it feels like, not influenced by weather or time of day. The only reasonable explanation could be that it is defectve and has power fluctuations. The 11799 tp seems rock steady.
