i went on dish chat line and ask them to add the pursuit channel HD and The Military Channel HD added to our lineup all they said that they would put in my requests to programming and take it from there.

I bet you if I went on the dish chat and asked for The Audience Network in HD (which is a directv exclusive channel..they run it) I'd get the same answer as you did
