The Foxnet Channel On Mpeg2

I was told that The Foxnet Channel is airing on MPE2, could someone tell me if this is true? I also read that it will probably be airing on 4DTV. A reply will be greatly appreciated as I really miss watching Cagney and Lacey.

I was under the assumption that it was gone...havent heard anything about digital
