On January 10, the world lost a legend, the inimitable David Bowie. Yesterday SiriusXM paid tribute to him across a variety of channels, playing his music and hearing from fans and fellow artists who called in to share their remembrances. Now, the memorial CONTINUES with The David Bowie Channel, which pays tribute and commemorates the life and music of the innovative music pioneer. This exclusive channel, which originally aired in 2013, will feature music spanning Bowie’s CAREER, from his earliest recordings to his most recent release, Blackstar. Listeners will hear rare tracks and demo versions of some of Bowie’s greatest songs as well as interpretations of his work from artists including Beck, Annie Lennox, Nirvana, Tears For Fears, Barbra Streisand, The Wallflowers, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Duran Duran, the late Scott Weiland and more. The David Bowie channel launches Tuesday, January 12 at 7 pm ET and will run through Monday, January 18 on Ch. 30.
