Jr. doesn't do anything for me either way. As for his dad, I fell into the "Cheered when he crashed, cried when he died" category. I liked him as a person, but not as a driver. A couple of his titles should/could have been Rusty's. Especially 1994 when a broken bolt at Phoenix cost him the title.

I look at it this way, if Jr. wins, JJ and JG didn't. Have I mentioned I can't stand them.

A lot of people don't like him because he wins. I remember Earnhardt Sr. getting booed back in the day because he won so much.

I'm lucky I guess, my area has all the races in HD. TNT, FOX & NBC via OTA!

I can get FOX and NBC in HD from my antenna but Direct still has no TNT-HD, they told me last year I would have it, if I wasn't stuck in a contract I would get dish-HD. O-ya they gave me CD-USA in HD. RA RA LIZARD sh*t

A lot of people don't like him because he wins.

Its not because of the wins as much as the way he wins and how he acts after he wins. He gets out of the car and almost apoligizes for having a good car. Too goody two shoes for me.

Plus I guess I am more Old School from the day when the guys who drove actually worked on the car. I don't like Kyle Petty, but I respect him because if he crashes a car, he will jump in with the crew and work on it. Can you see Gordon working on the car? NEVER. He just complains that somebody wrecked him or the track came apart. JJ is worse.

For all the TNT races, too bad it's to late for the pre Daytona stuff, but at least it's here now.

I hope mark can get it this year... He is the only driver that Deserves a cup and still does not have one... He has also been by jack Roush's side since day one...
Hopefully we can see him pull off a win at Chicagoland Speedway since that is probably the only race I will be able to attend..

Lets see Carl Edwards win a couple, he is a real class act and role model for all!!!

I cant stand either Jimmy or Jeff they are both jerks, Kurt Busch used to be ok but I odnt like him since he pulled that crap at Phoenix in november I hope Roger can put up with his B.S.

On Sunday is Bud Pole qualifying on 2/12 at noon? again on TNT-HD.

My bad. Qualifying is on NBC, not TNT. Jayski had it wrong.

Jimmie Johnson's crew chief got tossed from Daytona. For cheating!

More penalties may follow next week. I know cheating has always been a prt of NASCAR, so I really don't care he that he tried, just happy he got caught.


On a different note, did anyone else hear Tony Stewart's interview after the Shootout. He basically said they way everyone is bumping and driving that someone is going to die and that he hopes he isn't around when it happens.

The drivers need to take a stand against these plates. If the top 10 drivers in points from last year plus Earnhardt, Jarrett and Gordon all drove one lap and parked their cars in the 500, NASCAR might get the message. There are other ways to slow these cars down. Mandate the top gear ratio they can run and let them go. If they want to run a little faster, then their motor won't be around long.

I think the bigges issue they were refering to was about bump drafting, there's a time and a place for it, the veteran's know better, but the new guy's don't. they've tried to tell them .... No bump drafting into the corners, only on the straights, but some just are not listening... Let's hope they start paying attention, before it's to late.

They need to bring back the whickers on the top of the cars and spoilers. That provided the bast racing ever when they did that and there is a lot more passing so that makes for less bump drafting.
