End of book 1. It will be interesting to see how they take next season, & reveal the fate of Eligeus III. It would be funny if the planet's inhabitants killed off all of the people of Eligeus III, because they were all scientists, people just not cut out to defending themselves. But Eligeus IV has convicts, Wonkru, & a commander, besides the Colonel & Blodreina, & all they know is violence & fighting against the odds.

Odd that they used that tagline, as the show has strayed completely away from the book series (basically everything is different except there were 100 kids and some of the names). Plus Book 1 ended before anyone besides the 100 kids came down from the ark.

If I didn't know they had been renewed for season 6, I would have thought this was a series finale.

‘The 100’ Renewed For Season 6 By The CW

Just two weeks into The 100‘s fifth season, the CW drama series has been renewed for a sixth.

The CW last month renewed the bulk of its lineup — 10 shows in total — leaving midseason series The 100 and iZombie on the bubble, along with freshmen Life Sentence and Valor, who are considered long shots for a pickup.

Between The 100 and iZombie, the former has been the stronger contender for renewal. It is higher rated – drawing an 2.1 million viewers in most recent ratings vs. 1.3 million for iZombie this season — and has been a reliable midseason replacement.

Okay, that probably means they didn't know if they'd be renewed when shooting, so then accounted for it either way.

The whole season (heck the whole show) is about people (mostly Clarke) being idiots.

6 episodes in on the latest season, Clarke and Bellamy are idiots, Octavia is a blood thirsty maniac etc... we're only watch a couple a week.

This whole season on the 100 is totally cool. They wake up 129(?) years later & are orbiting an inhabited moon populated by members of Elegius 6. You have "the Primes" who download their consciousness into hosts via chips like the Commanders' use. Then you have psychopathic Prime Josephine occupying Clarke's body, leaving everyone to think that the real Clarke is dead, & then last night's episode where Josephine & Clarke are battling in Clarke's mind for control over Clarke's body. The 100 has totally reinvented itself & is fun to watch again. I can't wait until next week's episode.

This has been the 100's best season yet. Last night's episode was better than the "Nevermind" episode.

Because of a technical glitch in my recording, I couldn't get past the fourth episode, and it's not available VoD or in the CW app anymore. I guess I'll have to wait until the new season is on Netflix to finish it off.

Finally got some downtime, and am watching this season. Up to episode 5, and it's pretty good so far.

And yeah, Clarke still being Clarke.
