Thank you Dish!! :)

Just wanted to say I am very happy with Dish and some PPV credits they gave me! I had 5 PPV coupons from Club Dish that I forgot about and had for quite sometime. I found them last month and quickly ordered 5 movies seeing they expired Jan 31 2006. (This of course before reading the fine print saying only "1" coupon redeemed per month).

Well to make a long story short. I deducted all 5 movies from my bill, put all five coupons in an envelope with a nice letter asking them to accept all 5 of them at once etc.

To my surprise, I check my bill online today and have been credited for all of them!

I commend Dish for keeping me happy customer!! Thank You!!

Good for Dish. I applaud them on accepting your credits. I have a question on this matter. Does Dish pay a fee for each time a movie is viewed via PPV? What about the boxes that their employees have where all of the PPV movies are free? Do they pay a fee on those movies also?
