What does TBD mean? At Antennaweb website when I look up for TV channels underneath where it says "Live Date"
it says TBD.

I would guess "to be determined" which is just a fancy way of saying "we don't know"

It means they have applied for a license, or have a construction permit, or both, but don't know when they'll be on the air.
