Switching from Standard to HD receiver (cost ?)

Finally bought an HD LCD TV and getting rid of our old analog . Need to switch over from a standard receiver (no DVR) to an HD receiver (for two rooms). Anyone have any idea how much more that receiver will cost? I have America's Top 120 package with HBO. I have Dish Network.
