Switching from a Dish English package to a Dish Latino package while under contract

Is it possible for someone to change from a Dish English-language package (i.e. the standard packages, Top 120, 200, etc.) to a Dish Latino package while still under contract? It would seem this should be possible, but you never know with all the obscure contract terms that pop up these days (and which you can't seem to check that easily on the Dish website, either).

Yes you can change, the minimum programming requirement while in a commitment is either AT120, DishMexico, DishAmerica or an International core programming package.
